Holidays made to measure – SELF-CATERING APARTMENTS STRALSUND - RÜGEN - HIDDENSEE

For some time now, the Altstadt Hotel zur Post Stralsund has been offering attractive and individually appointed holiday cottages and self-catering apartments in the old part of the town of Stralsund or on the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee. Gradually the selection of holiday accommodation has become wide and varied, enabling us to provide guests, who are planning to spend their holidays at the Baltic Sea, with professional service and a choice of location and type of accommodation in the town, on the islands or a combination of both as desired.

In 2008 new destinations in the hotel’s catalogue include a seaside cottage on the popular island of Hiddensee - following renovation, this cottage was immediately booked up throughout the entire season! - and self-catering apartments pleasantly situated in the southwest of Bad Wildbad in the Black Forest, a truly out-of-the-ordinary option.

The Altstadt Hotel zur Post is particularly proud of their new “City Apartments”: these comprise a number of self-catering apartments, all comfortably furnished with a very personal touch, located adjacent to the hotel, at the New Market or in the hotel itself. Guests have a choice of four different categories. The apartments vary in size, furnishings and appointments - and we have kept low budgets in mind: for example, a standard two-room City Apartment, located directly adjacent to the hotel, costs from € 35,--for two people per night only (final price, in the low season). The prices for other self-catering apartments, e.g. on the studio floor of the hotel itself, one of our premium apartments or 80 m² family apartments start at €45,--. Included in the price are sauna, internet access in the hotel, parking space in the underground car park and cycle shed. Certainly best value for money!

However, what all our apartments have in common is their central location and the professional service provided by our competent trained staff. All our guests enjoy the convenience of the extensive hotel facilities and high-standard service. Our staff are on the reception desk round the clock and available for all our guests. An ideal combination: stay where you like but still have the benefit of full hotel service.

To put it briefly, just as the hotel management regards it as an obligation to make the guests’ comfortable and their stay unforgettable in the hotel, they do the same for the guests who opt for one of our self-catering apartments.
