Our chefs prepare exquisite dishes In the kitchen, combining "regional specialities in a creative manner" ("Gault Millau"). Thanks to the vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the inland bays, the fish could hardly be fresher. Enjoy a variety of culinary highlights from the sea: for those who are not particulary fond of fish, we also offer a wide range of delicious alternatives - for example, tender fillet of veal in delicate sherry sauce, saddle of lamb in thyme or haunch of venison with cranberry sauce.

Fish such as pike, perch or flounder, caught daily in the nearby inland waters, but also rare and tasty delicacies from the nets of local fishermen such as Baltic salmon or turbot, are to be found on our menu, which changes with the seasons.
